You are US based so ... FXCM isn't accepting US clients, lying on your account application will not change that and your account will get closed every single time when they find out you where lying.
I am not. I lived in Trinidad at the time of signing up. Now I live in Belize. You can be a U.S. citizen but not live in the U.S. The rule is based on residency not citizenship.
