    so far, there are 5 spikes / mountain peaks;
    price went up and down massively and at a steep gradient.

    6th spike coming up.

    Don't know about that, but I did notice in yahoo story the Chairman bought 100,000 shares earlier this month. Now the split announcement - shades of Elon.

    SEC is non-existent past 5 years or more.
