BASF also guides for FY 2021 adjusted EBIT of €7.5B-€8B vs. its prior forecast for €7B-€7.5B. For Q3, BASF swung to a net profit of €1.25B from a net loss of €2.12B in the year-earlier quarter. Q3 revenues rose 42% Y/Y to €19.67B, above analyst consensus estimate, as the company raised prices by 36% on average and volumes by 6% from a year earlier.
