  1. -- Gains from Boeing troubles.

    --SkyWest to buy 60 new Embraer E175 aircraft

    --The Commercial Aviation segment develops, produces, and sells commercial jets. Its Defense & Security segment develops and produces military aircraft and radars; and is involved in research and development of software and integrated information systems, communications, border monitoring and surveillance, space systems/satellites, and aircraft modernization services and services support, as well as command, control, communications, computer, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems. The Executive Aviation segment develops, produces, and sells executive jets. Its Service & Support segment provides field and technical support, flight operations solutions, aircraft modification, materials management, maintenance solutions, and training programs. The Other segment engages in the supply of structural parts and hydraulic systems; production of agricultural crop-spraying aircraft; development and certification of eVTOLs; creation of a maintenance and service network, and air traffic control system for eVTOLs; development and manufacture of electrical propulsion systems; cybersecurity; and software and technical products. It is also involved in leasing used aircraft; pilot, mechanic, and crew training; engineering services; retail trade, maintenance, and repair of computer products; information technology consulting, data processing, application service providers, and internet hosting; and fabrication of aircraft interiors.

    Quite a few healthy end markets there. You get military especially EU they ramping and you get some play on air traffic control upgrades much needed and some action on EVTOL's while maintaining a health book order for commercial planes....

    Tamarack broke the level but Oil is weak today despite a huge drawdown on US inventories. Nat Gas looks good here continued strength. I swapped Athabaska to Nuvista. Copper looking somewhat better today. I believe all these commodities will take a direction during/after the Fed stuff today.

  5. --D-Wave Quantum price target raised to $20 from $13 at B. Riley » 09:08 QBTS,

    Wanted to update this April post.

    SIMO entry we really nailed. Now today first time they are calling me about SIMO it came on a bunch of HF idea lists today due to NVDA partnerships I think. Maybe just price move but either way we were there first! Good job./

    SIMO Now $81 !!!!!!!!<--------:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

    BYRN is now $32 and hitting resistance soon @$34. I still love the concept but this has a PE of 84 that's unacceptable. Lets book the $10 today./

  6. This idea reminds me of Puretek. PTC. We had that idea when it was but a black blob of a stk and it did very well mostly without me. Concept stock and almost a build a market and they will come stk. Nothing established always forward concepts, breaking barriers. New ways of thinking.

    None of that makes a good investment but I see the exact same set up here with Fluence. If the market materializes this is a +300% idea.

    Earnings Call Insights Fluence energy revises FY2025 guidance to $2.7B amid tariff challenges and strategic product updates

    Revised fiscal 2025 revenue guidance is set at $2.7 billion, reflecting a $700 million reduction due to paused U.S. contracts amid tariff uncertainties. Adjusted EBITDA guidance is revised to a midpoint of $10 million, reflecting anticipated tariff-related headwinds and operational adjustments.

    Ok that's a terrible PR. $700 mln reduction I get it/ but the stk inched up that day (May 7). The stock did not go down on this news. This is the type of clues you look for when spotting bottoms. April 28 the tariff news came out HSBC downgraded and said the stk was in the ' eye of the storm ' of Trump tariffs. Stk wasa $4.20 that day... again we drifted up slightly...

    Granted it's an uphill trek with anti-green sentiment and some battery storage is drawn of course off solar & wind fields and they may be reduced. But this tech is malleable and the Co could pivot to storing less green sourced power. And in the end power and remote on site power is the name of the game.

    Maybe not lost in the earn reduction is the fact that $2.7 billion is a lot of revenue for any company. Especially a speculative energy idea.-
