Tariffs are bad for markets especially global IT firms and recession adverse stocks. I think commodity stocks may be the outlier here I'm up nicely on the month despite US indexes being down. Copper and silver stocks very volatile in a good way. Oil stocks sold off so hard that they are nice turn around stories now on news ( eg mergers, projects ). I played Whitecap/Veren merger with Veren. Athabaska Oil I'm heavy in on since the earnings announcement ( massive quarter 50 cent profit on a $4.xx stock with basically no corporate debt.

  6. greetings Nine good to hear from you.

A wave of investors that entered the market chasing bitcoin's rally past $100,000, especially those using borrowed money, are feeling the pinch from its decline.

At least 20 million new bitcoin addresses - about 1.5% of all bitcoin addresses in existence - have been created in the past three months, according to crypto data and analytics firm Glassnode.

The ratio between the prices at which new bitcoin is being bought and sold, known as the spent output profit ratio, has meanwhile dipped to 0.95, its lowest level in over a year and negative for the first time since October, according to estimates from crypto exchange Bitfinex.

"This suggests that recent buyers are locking in significant losses, reinforcing the exceptionally challenging conditions for newer investors," analysts at Bitfinex said.

  7. I got a funny / not funny Email from a viewer in Seattle. $7.49 a dozen eggs.

Due to a bird flu outbreak and other factors, egg prices in the Seattle area, and Washington state in general, are currently high, with some sources reporting prices around $7 per dozen, a significant increase from previous levels.

  9. It's really interesting Costco has lines down the driveway and Target stores are empty.

Have you heard about this Giant protest.? Costco kept there DIE and they received millions of new customers they held firm against Frump, Target caved and now they are show to be hypocritical and no one is going to Target.

This is happening my wife showed me online- Target stores are completetly empty.

  10. The people have decided to single out Target as an example to others... If I'm Walmart I'm very very careful here...
