It's sort of ironic that this generation keeps falling for the same failed liberal ideas that the Dems spew. They vote for Obama in large numbers..... then they RE-ELECT him despite worsening economic conditions for their cohort under Democratic rule..... Then Obamacare rolls out and they realize they don't really want to pay for (and in many cases can't pay for) the bill that they pushed for in 2009.

There will always be generations that are pushed around, and it looks like "generation wait" might be one that is.

Its funny that we would rather riot after the redsox win the world series rather then riot and destroy a city when the Commander and Chief lies to our faces for 6 years and finally admits it.

  4. Sure, why pay for insurance when you're young? Wait until you're eligible for Medicare and f*ck Medicaid in the meantime. You hypocrites don't seem to want to give up your Medicare, right? Pay <$20k into the system over your lifetime and extract millions in care of a single terminal patient under Medicare.

If you were offered a lump sum covering all of your Medicare contributions (1.42% per) and denial of services under Medicare, would you take it? No way in hell. You're not an acceptable risk under private insurance.

There is a women in TX on life support.... she's in her 70s and she's cost taxpayers $3MM since she was admitted. All bc her worthless progeny won't pull the plug on the vegetable.

Better yet, save us all the trouble and off yourself. Funerals are cheap.

Ha, you think I'm on Medicare? LOL

Anyway, my point is that anyone with half a brain knew that young, healthy people would foot the bill for the older/sicker people getting coverage through Obamacare...... I just find it funny that now they're getting the quotes for insurance and finding that it's unaffordable.

They need to use their brain a little and understand that wealth redistribution is paid for by someone. Do the boomers really care if taxes go up? Not really they are about done with their working careers so they can easily live with higher taxes to pay for these social program.

Ironically it's the young people that are falling for the Democratic propaganda and voting for candidates that are in favor of raising taxes...

Who has more to lose from income tax increases?....

A 60 y/o boomer who is wrapping up his career, or a 28 y/o who has 25-30 years in the labor force ahead of him?

  8. So what is your excuse? Can't afford basic major medical? You're a massive drag on the system. Your questionable lineage took advantage of Medicare, but we can't continue the program w/o your sorry-ass contributing to the system.

ANY quote is going to be beyond your willingness to pay, because you're a deadbeat. Fuck contributing, but don't take your Medicare away!

I see a major niche in busting the current format of college education which can be one of the major debt events for both parents and kids. Until and unless one is very bright and outstanding, common middle class teenager should plan to detour from the 4 year college highway.

Regarding Obamacare............in the elections it was mentioned many times that Obamacare is 95% similar to Romneycare which was implemented in MS and was a fair success. Wonder why Obamacare is not catching the momentum..........guess dirty evil politics is dragging America down again........in another aspect of weakening one of the 'main pillers' of the society and the nation. Wonder how many other pillers are still intact before the sound of cracking starts to become 'really obvious'.

Military rule around the corner ??

  10. The thing that gets me is the Obama lovers still do not understand what they voted for nor are they willing to give up their Obamic love. Seduced by demagoguery, their vote might have destroyed America for good.

At a different time in a different place, Obama could have been a an average, mediocre president with no lasting harm done to the United States. There have been many of those. One more or one less would have made no difference but at this critical point in time, Obama was quite simply the worst of all possible choices.
