Why don't we put wagers of real money on this bet on how arms control laws will be passed? I mean, since we're all sure.

I've already got mine. I know that TT has his (much nicer stuff than I have). I know others here that have the same hardware I do. I just love to trot out Ron with the M-14. <iframe width="640" height="480" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/eGX9TgI0gXk?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
That's too bad about all that money some of you spent on all those expensive weapons. What are you going to be shooting out the end of them? They got some pretty cool BB guns for sale at Walmart.
If you knew anything about weapons, you'd know how relatively easy it is to make your own ammo. I expect that would become much more common, and the only thing legislation would do is make bullets more pricey, but not stop their market. You know, like drugs. The other thing you should probably know is that many gun owners like myself have so many rounds, it is unlikely we'll ever use them all in peace time.
The underlying theme, you can point out a million times that these idiots are not grounded in reality, but they just don't care. It's a cult. drug bans work so very well, guns will be identical, here's how well the UK gun bans work http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2008/aug/30/ukcrime1
(Spoken in high pitched voice...) Mav, are you coming out to play? Mav, are you coming out to play? Are you wearing a skirt or pants?
