Tremendous swing speed session today. I have settled on the mechanics that get me a range of 99 to 107 mph with driver which also allows me to hit the ball flush without a lot of backspin. ---I'll have a great year it looks like.

What drills do you use in your swing speed sessions?

What are you using to measure speed and swing?

Drills are stretching exercises and the Paul Wilson exercise for lag.

For swing speed I use the Swing Speed Radar

Spin is just a guess then?

Or are you hitting balls and watching ball flight and roll out?

Swing Speed is the Swing Speed Radar. Trackman 4 for back spin

Really good swing speed session today. I loosened up a bit more after re-watching the videos above and swing speeds went to a range of 104 mph to 113. I will be using something in the lower range and attempting to hit flush and more inside out.

Nope 1/2 your score is putting. Or at least the ability to get up and down around the green.

Exactly. And you better be able to "get up" with a 6 iron or greater and make it stick.

Up and down in two. 3 tops. If you want to score well.

You're way behind the thread DD.
