Baron would do well to get serious about golf. It requires tremendous core strength which, unlike SVZ, he has worked on extensively. ----This is the sport for Robertson, whether he thinks so or not.
Yeah you should. Besides you're not on a professional level. Core strength is important, but not as important as rhythm, keeping your head down, hitting the ball straight, and being an ace from 175 yards in. Up and down in 2. Learn to 'stick' the ball on the pin. That takes a big divot and an open club-face. As for core strength, if I had to groom someone in their mid to late 40's, I'd find an agile, quick, former soccer player. With good eyesight. That's key on the green. Now.... did I give you enough attention? Good call last night on the ES short btw. You're getting better with your stops. Your call was early, but you nailed the perfect inflection point, you were as wrong as wrong can be, but to your credit, you nailed the dead cat bounce top. So there's that.
Not too bad in my view----a couple of tweaks maybe------SVZ,EasyMon might have other suggestions or disagree with me totally.---
I think perhaps the right shoulder may be a little low for an iron shot. It looks good for a driver, but on iron shots, I try to put 60-70 percent of weight on the front foot and be able to see the front of the ball. I do that to hit down on iron shots and get a good back spin.----just me.------You've worked the core muscles extensively so if you're in any way limber, you should be able to hit the ball a mile (with a driver that is).
The more I concentrate on keeping my weight on my front foot on iron shots, the better those shots are.
