It works on any condition, best on indexes, emini's and large stocks . If you look at all my calls in this tread, you will see they are correct even though GOOG price action changed from bullish to bearish and range. I was the only one who called top btw. No range then .
I noticed your good GOOG calls. What I meant with my previous observation is that the price has to stay in that area for those important levels to be meaningful. If the price trends, those levels become useless ...
That is correct . However , it almost never happens Usually price comes back within couple of days at most( see the chart you have posted here ) but when( if ) price comes back , those levels are important again. I can make levels on any time frame so every day I can have new ones. But there is no reason to do it( unless you want to just daytrade it. ). If you look at old calls, you will see short at 472, 364, 352 and long today at 10:50( Did not look at chart yet so no price ). I did not post that one do not have a time to GOOG anymore.

Read my prediction again. Now my prediction is that this is over-reaction and it will go down to 355 Last Friday I could see that GOOG is going to bounce back from its low. So I bought some Calls and I sold yesterday in its high and today I bought back again. I strongly believe that GOOG will hit 355 till this Friday. I am not sure whether it will hold that level or not but I am betting on hitting 355 and did my trade based on that.
