Heck I grew up hunting and used to be a hell of a good shot with a pistol from the hip. In high school me and a buddy bought an online taxidermy course and I was usually the one who shot the birds because I could hit them with my 22 and not tear them up too much.

 

Shooting from the hip seems to be your debate tactic as well.
