Have all the anti-gun-rights twits finished starting new threads?

Scandalous? More like indicative - of the failure of control.

BEFORE UK gun control their police were famous world wide for NOT being armed.

    Why are you being obtuse?

  2. Law enforcement is a continuous effort. UK has a constant influx of immigrants and people coming and going internationally. UK police got a little complacent.

  3. James Holmes made an apartment filled with pipebombs and bragged about it. It got defused without issue. I stand by my original point. The reason we don't have constant explosions is that people who can do it don't try and people who try get caught by police. Occasionally we have problems (see McVeigh) but that is VERY rare. For every McVeigh we have a hundred shoe bombers who fail epicly.

I don't know what happened to this forum. It used to have a vibrant opposition to dittoheads. It seems they disappeared even though numb nuts now lost 2 presidential elections in a row. I am not going to debate all the dittoheads by myself.

We ALSO HAVE a constant influx of immigrants. In no small part thanks to your fellow bleeding heart liberals. But that's another discussion.
Really? You have some sort of study or data to support this assertion? And just so we're clear. You're blaming police complacency for the increase in violent crime SINCE gun control was enacted?
Would it be safe to say you also blame OUR police complacency for the recent school shootings?

You've been debating? So far all I've seen is mostly emotionally based opinions and anti gun lobby rhetoric almost completely lacking any substantiating facts.

  6. You stand by your original point? LOL. The only real point you have is on top of your head. :p Speaking of which, what has gone completely over your head is that people are the problem, not inanimate objects. There are over 300 million firearms in the U.S. and no law will ever get them all back or keep them out of the hands of criminals who want them badly enough. The NY shooter wasn't supposed to have weapons, nor was the Bushmaster he used even legal in NY. But the law didn't stop him. How can that be? We already have 22,000 laws regulating firearms. How many more do we need? And why will more laws work out better than the old ones or prohibition or the war on drugs for example?

There is no debate from you... just the stubborn, uninformed, emotional demonization of guns as if they're the problem (they're not) and there's no other way to kill (there are plenty). Thus, ban guns and everything will be fine -- NOT!

  7. The point is government control of bombs and bomb material reduces the incidences of terrorist bombing activities in America. Simple point, don't know why you're having a problem understanding.

  8. Really? Is that why kids with sparklers can blow up a piano?
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SNbGFM9V7uk&feature=youtu.be&t=18s

Is there anyone (except sissified liberals) who can't make that particular bomb? Is there anyone (except sissified liberals) who can't make it more lethal by adding broken glass or nails or screws or nuts & bolts or nickels or BBs or... ? What government control is there over those "bomb materials?"

This is just one example of what I'd call low end kid stuff. Whether you choose to accept it or not, bombs like this and even far more sophisticated ones can be easily built by almost anyone, at will, so spare us the faux government credit.

  9. Are you really that dense to think that blowing up a piano is serious bomb making? Making explosives that can take out reinforced concrete and not some light wood construction is a task that is far from trivial. If those kids in the video wanted to inflict more damage to human targets they could have picked up AR-15s and sprayed the crowd with it.

P.S If you think ANYONE can build a bomb I dare you to start ordering (serious) bomb making materials from the internet and see what happens.

LOL You really should do your own research and stop blindly repeating the myths and rhetoric of the anti gun lobby.

You can make a rather powerful bomb with diesel fuel and Ammonium nitrate which is widely used as a fertilizer. Black powder is also widely available in quantity.
