How I’m making 17% divs annually and lowered risk to zero.

  1. My AGNC average price is $8.31 I have gain now plus about $100k divs paid to me for six years.
My performance is 17.3% plus 4-5% money market income.
BTW I was buying and selling SPY.

I am not from the US. But in the 5 years mentioned, there have been T-bills, Tips, and Saving Bonds at Treasury Direct. But you can not use Saving Bonds as collateral to trade on.

And maybe a cap on how many one can buy.

But, if one can predict the interest, MBS and REPO, why not just be bond trader.

  3. Bond will give you 5%, I have 17%. However when I was thinking about model, if it will give me 6% - will be nice to have, plus to get it monthly.

  4. CUBE is not bad, but I would buy it from $30-$35 if they will hold $2.08 annual divs.
99% own by institutions, however KSS 95% own by institutions too :)

AGNC was 15 dollars 6 years ago. The price is down 44% since then.

either your cost basis is because you are reinvesting the dividends or because of a reverse split.

i'm not advocating CUBE. I'm saying why AGNC's dividend looks optically attractive but it isn't. its a very complicated trade. CUBE is a true 15% yield if you were to start a similar business yourself. the street bid CUBE up to be a market equivalent bond return.

  7. Yeah, therefore to have 6%-10% at least will be not bad. But 5.25% looks like bonds.

  8. I bought AGNC at $17+ on 1/2020 and I bought it again at $6+ on 3/2020 so my average price was $12 and later I lowered it to $9.
My approach was to hold the price above the water. I was selling most expensive shares and buying less expensive. But I held the volume constant. Mean time I was speculating with AGNC since it was going up and down.

  9. MAIN, TSLX, FSCO for different reasons is not my choice. However, they are OK.
