What should we consider when choosing a broker?

    First, you have to read.

You can SEARCH for info in the ET forum.

Maybe start with what you need. What asset classes do you want to trade? We do not know if you wish to trade FX, Futures, Stocks/option in the USA or other countries. Your question is very vague. You will need to add more details for anyone her to assist you.

    I guess you mean @BKR88 = @Thon1960

and you will be creating another new nick so as to create
    a one-liner question.

    What a strange world.
    What a strange human species.

    No.
Probably just one other person here that knows what I’m referring to.
    :)
    I’ll leave it a mystery.

Well capitalized and transparent brokerages. Private ones are more dangerous

  10. I wonder how many people posting to this thread were/are brokers?
    I know Robert Morse is.
With him is Mr. Turtle, offering some common sense advice.
The rest should really preface remarks with "Although I never ..."
Most people just like to hear themselves talk.
For most avocations, that is OK.
But for trading/investing it can be deadly.
