it will vary really from one traders to another, best way to reduce it is maybe stick to "Only invest what you can afford to lose" never bet it all on forex, thats a formula for disaster really, like imagine, how many time i blew my hfm account in the past (small capitals) and still im here trading and learning from it. another way to look at is no one actually loses, its either we earn or learn. thats it.
