James Comer certainly served up a double dose of "MORE TO COME" yesterday. 1) Full exposure of Biden DOJ corruption. 2) Full exposure of Biden Chinese bribery corruption. Good job. And...MORE TO COME.
Garland getting in front of cameras to refute accusations that charging decisions went beyond Weiss. My guess as to why Weiss chose not to pursue charges in DC is because he knew Hunter would probably prevail in a trial and didn’t want to end up looking like Durham.
Actually a version of that is probably the reason why Weiss agreed to a plea deal. Having accepted the fact that he would not be allowed to try the case anywhere but in Delaware- which is owned by Joe and the Bidenistas- not even being able to bring it in DC- he opted for a guilty plea on something rather than get nothing. Two-tiered justice system. Keep in mind too that the second whistleblower corroborated the first. Let's get the internal emails from DOJ. No one in their right fucking mind at this point believes anything coming from the FBI, DOJ, or Garland. The agencies are biased and political as Durham solidly confirmed.
the problem of card carrying gop prosecutors is that when they win, it is law and order, when they lose, it is mama’s fault.
I think it is his laptop alright, street junkies probably don’t know the passwords. What is the update on this blind repair guy?
The contents were his, I never cared to follow up if the hardware was his. Blind repair guy appeared to be honest and claimed to have guarded against others wanting to access/inject more dirt into it. Though that may have just been part of the con fable.
Meh. Yes. As I have been saying from the beginning getting a conviction of Hunter Biden on late taxes wasn’t ever a slam dunk. But to bring this full circle since we are talking about this phony two tiered justice system talking point, it works the same way for Trump. He got a friendly venue down in Palm Beach County and in front of a judge of his own appointment. But that’s the way things shake out I guess.
Two tiered justice. Given hunter's facts, no problem at all for the IRS to get multiple count FELONY convictions on a regular unprotected American. They do it day in and day out. No problem.
Weiss has now officially denied two of the so-called whistleblowers claims: 1. As previously posted, that he kaboshed charges in DC and now… 2. He asked for special counsel status and privileges: https://www.threads.net/t/CuhyFNwvdrB/?igshid=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==
Even if we were to accept Weiss's assertion that he did not ask for special counsel status, that only leads to questions about why he did not. Does he deny that he asked to prosecute the case in two other jurisdictions and was denied by the U.S. Attorneys there- and that he could have overcome their objections either by getting permission from Garland or if he had special counsel status?
