Corporations use the standard banking system and EFT to move money overseas, and are not impacted. The tax (which was in place earlier in the U.S.) is on cash transfer services such as Western Union. The tax on a service is perfectly legal and is not "double taxation" -- in any more other taxes you pay on your property, sales tax, and taxes on many other services at all levels of government are considered double taxation. Conservatives believe in applying taxes appropriately to raise revenue for justified and targeted projects with clear revenue and spending plans. Conservatives are opposed to broad-based taxes with no clear objective where the money lands up in an over-sized government machine with no return on the revenue.
That was a nice way of putting it, i would have put it more along the lines of: "I couldnt care less how much people OUTSIDE of the U.S. get taxed."

how do we know it was even taxed once? there was a western union competitor in a taco shop I used to go to. I saw guys work in there with cash. I pay our gardener cash. I believe he is a citizen... You know he pays his guys cash.
That is a good point. Most illegal immigrants are paid in cash which is not taxed as personal income -- because it is "under the table".
I already get smoked by Canadian taxes when i buy something from the U.S., on AMZN, actually since i dont transfer money to the U.S. it would be you guys who get smoked on any of my purchases. But yeah anything that makes the U.S. economy, and the U.S. dollar stronger im all for it, we already pay through the teeth for U.S. products, thats not the U.S. government taxing it ITS THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT. Have you ever taken a look at what the same vehicle in the U.S. costs in Canada? Its almost 50% higher, thats not the U.S. government doing that to us.
