Well, building a list of 100+ names, that performs great so far.
Could make my ,,own ETF'' out of it and see how it performs in the next run, will it beat Snp etc.
By the end of the test (10 years), i would be 40. That's still +50 years to go till Warrens age.
Enough of time to make some safe play out of it.
But that would be only 20%~ of portfolio.
    Then 20% in SnP.

    The rest active swing-trading.

    Here's the important part.

    65 is nothing.
    it's the new 50.

Why not just sell puts. Covereds are not capital efficient.

  5. Come to Canada. You can still get 2.80 - 3% promo savings rate with small banks and credit unions. The exchange rate is great as well.

One idea, if you haven't already put solar panels on your house and business. After taking into account the tax credits and the fact that you're using after tax dollars to pay your electric bill, you may find a pretty decent IRR depending on how much your power costs. Not a huge investment, but depending how big your house/business is you could easily get to $50K.

Pick dividend aristocrats with low debt and write puts. AT&T gives 2 dollars per share as dividend and trades at 30 now.

qqq is the only game in town.

I also own A T & T...I was going to put it on the list in the beginning. But because of the debt and the number of employees it was a concern to me. One more BIG word...DIRECTV!! They really overpaid for that one. How many people will drop their Directv and landline now??

Yeah, I looked into this...Even called a company the other day about this. The ONE thing I want with my system is a Tesla wall storage unit. I am willing to pay the price for it. No one installs it in my area. The wall unit (battery pack) is the best in the industry...Best thing Tesla makes (in my opinion). It is even priced 20-40% higher than other units...It is that good. I also own stock in Panasonic. The reason I took a fly on Panasonic was because of their batteries with Tesla.
