Everyone is looking at the (3300- 3500) 200 week MA as a place to put the Algo triggers. Or more accurately, looking where others have their triggers. Once the larger players make a move others will follow suit.

If you follow the ES block trades > 1000, you can see the dominos fall in real time. The opening day after the 9.11 attack, or the Bear Sternes, Lehman melt down it was easy to see the reversals. Those are the "moon shots" anybody can jump in, if they have the will.

But you have to be there or have it automated, and commit. Billions in notional value will move in seconds.

    Not news.

Time to draw a bear channel with the high point on 4 Jan 2022 candlestick

I am waiting patiently for the recession to start.

If it happens, you better get ready to invest in property.
property investment around the end of the recession is lucrative.
I managed to profit massively from the previous recession.

Nobody knows where the S&P500 will bottom, if someone has an opinion, doesn't matter who he/she is, that is just his/her (useless) opinion.

Sometimes by chance an opinion matches what happens in the market and then people thinks that guy can predict the market but the truth is: it's just random coincidence.

There is no way to predict anything in financial markets, whoever says the opposite is highly uninformed.

How can one follow the block trades?

  8. The CME has an option to watch block trades for Futures at their DataMine service. It is a historical data service, so I am not sure how useful it would be.

You are making a prediction every single time you push the buy or sell button. Think about it for a second...

    No, you're not.

When you execute a trade you are making a GUESS / BET.

And that bet has to be hedged in some smart way and put in the context of some systematic method that tries to reduce as much as possible the losses every time your guess/bet is wrong.

If you are making a prediction you are completely delusional.
