I've been trading on it for over 10 years - still think it's the best platform out there - at least what I've encountered.
credit default swap. OTC contract that trades in 50mm notionals. But really require billions to make money as you are trading for bps. my sr71 goes faster.
he must be legit. His handle has the word trader in it and it’s abbreviated like he doesn’t have enough time to write out the word as he’s too busy crushing it making markets through robin hood.
The only thing you truly need to make money in stocks is a buy and a sell button… Preferably just a buy button, lol. I’ve got a full six-monitor setup — I could go full day trader mode with VWAPs, scanners, momentum flows, heat maps… But instead? Five of my monitors aren’t even trading-related. Actually, I may use the extra monitors to build a racing sim. P.S. I’ve never understood the obsession with fills. You get filled at the bid, mid, or ask — who cares? Are you really buying at the bottom and selling at the top every time? No — not with the rudimentary level of TA around here. So how much are you actually leaving behind on every entry and exit? Think about it: If you left $10K on the table from one trade, you’ve basically prepaid for bad fills for life. This obsession with fills is nothing more than false economy.
How’s Sierra Chart for stock trading? I know it’s mainly for futures, but technically you could look at charts of stocks and connect to IBKR. They don’t have the advanced options analysis like in TOS though.
