Is management in your view overpayed?

  1. The problem here is that top personal will fore go long term stability for short term gain. Make as much money as you can anyway you can. Get big bonuses , then leave the company before the ship sinks. We've seen this quite a bit lately.

  2. Agreed - another indication that incentives and pay for performance are not aligned with the long term interests of the company.

    Not surprisingly average CEO tenure has also been decreasing and turnover increasing.
