Is more hard bust a trade (erroneus trade policy) if order is executed by a market maker like NITE ?

From BATS and ARCA exchange website the limit to bust a trade is just 30 minutes. But some weeks ago my broker reverse a trade after 4 DAYS !

If your broker is slow to inform you the trade was still cancelled within 30 minutes...
