  1. Do you think it applied in the Zimmerman case or does it only apply if someone is coming into your space ? serious question.

The dumbass's answer must be, "NO," since he answers your question with another of his stupid questions. What a moron brokenarrow has proven to be.

He probably finds illegal Mexicans who are dumber than he is to do much of the actual labor.

I guess he just visits the job long enough to inspect the work and do a header onto the driveway. Either that or he just doesn't get many jobs as his reputation spreads. :D

Personally I don't think it applied in the Zimmerman case. Reason, it's kinda hard to flee in the first place with a larger man on top of you banging your head against the concrete.
    Serious answer, BTW.

  7. Your answer doesn't make any sense Lucrum. And wasn't the large man the one getting his ass kicked in the fight by the skinny teenager? That's a rhetorical question Lucrum.

  8. If you'd grow up and stop putting hundreds on ignore you'd know I'm not a roofing laborer, I'm the contractor. I have a foreman and crews who do most of the outside work. I do a lot of sales, scheduling jobs, ordering materials and solving problems when they come up. Oh and lots of f*ing book work. That part sucks and is even less fun than actually working on the roof.

Do you know what a stand your ground law is/means/allows?
    Irrelevant.

  10. Sure in a general way, but I haven't read the Florida law. Here in Texas you can take lethal measures to protect yourself, but you can't start a fight then kill someone to protect yourself with some kind of charges being against you. And I know that is the great unknown, who started the fight and that is why Zimmerman was acquitted. I'll ask a local cop next time I roof one of their houses what they think they would of done if responded to a scene similar to the Zimmerman one. Just from observing the local news, I think the shooter would of been arrested and tested for drugs and alcohol in their system. The trial could of turned out the same here locally but the initial reaction would of been different, again just guessing. Like I've said from the beginning the main threat Zimmerman has is going to be the civil trial, which I think he will lose on that one.

Irrelevant ??? not to responding to your post it wasn't, you are the one who mentioned a large man.
