Hamas is using Fajr-3, , and M-302 rockets from Iran and Syria.

For automatic weapons -- Hamas is known to be utilizing US-built weapons supplied by the Taliban in Afghanistan, reported NDTV. In 2021, the US army had left a stockpile of weapons during their departure from the country after the Taliban assumed control.

On the bright side, guns don’t kill people because spoons don’t make people fat.

Back to reality, sending 2 strike groups to the region is a very big show of force. It’s basically telling the Syrians and Iranians that if they f*ck around they gonna find out.

My guess is the Israelis are trying to keep the Iranians in Iran with this…

I see, making friends in the middle east as usual. Don't like something? Just invade sovereign territory. But all Hail Mary breaks lose should a single boot cross into their territory. Lebanon: sovereign rights violated. Syria: sovereign rights violated. I bet next is Egypt because an Egyptian raped a kibuz girl (allegedly). Why not use the opportunity in this chaos to do a little backyard cleaning...

There’s actually a legitimate criticism here and not. Try to remember that Syria is home to Hezbollah and Hezbollah is funded by Iran. Meaning Syria allows a terrorist organization run by Iran to operate in its country. Israel is trying to limit Hezbollah from opening a Northern front against Israel. Keeping the Iranians out of Syria will help with that.

Now to be fair, I’m simply making an educated guess why Israel would want those runways disabled. There could be a million other reasons why.
