After each war there is usually 10 to 15 years of peace.

I keep answering it, you just don't seem to comprehend the answer.
Lebanon is a fragile nation composed of heavily armed, diverse religious groups. Power sharing is froth with extensive politicking to prevent internal clashes. One of these groups is Shiite Hezbollah, the more powerful of the lot because armed and financed by Iran. Only Hezbollah wants war with Israel. The other groups probably hope they do, to become so weak that they would lose their dominance in Lebanon. None of the other parties in Lebanon have the desire to fight Israel.

    Iran ramping up nuclear program

Iran may be significantly expanding its nuclear program. According to documents obtained by The Washington Post, Tehran could soon triple its output of enriched uranium, raising fears that it is “moving briskly toward becoming a threshold nuclear power.” Growing fears over Iran’s nuclear ambitions come with tensions already high in the Middle East, with Israel fighting one Iran-backed militant group in Gaza, Hamas, and in an increasingly worrying standoff with another in Lebanon, Hezbollah. Those conflicts have had an impact inside Iran, too: A majority of Iranians now support weaponizing their country’s nuclear program, a marked shift driven in part by conflicts in the Middle East, an expert wrote for the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists.

  10. That would be Hamas in recent history.

If we go all the way back to Israels birth in 1948 - the Arabs have literally tried their best to eliminate Israel ever since.

Without success so far, although it seems many would wish the Arabs succeed.
