Nah, Putin is looking out of shape. Whatever his regimen was before he stopped it. Bidens trip has been a relative success. Our European allies are not the strongest militarily but together we make up an economic bloc of over $40 trillion a year in GDP. We have the power to take on all threats to west with our alliance. We need that to be strong. Anyway we can come together in common purpose is good. Biden did a good job of reminding the Euros of this.
And Boris was there to remind some of the Euro's (especially their voting people back home) that that bit about coming together to lose your identity in the EU's common follies is not necessarily the way it has to be.
