Biden's numbers are circling the toilet bowl but there is not an easy way to get him out. Thus, voters will take it out on the dems at midterms. We know that. but what is becoming different is that they are beginning to worry about the Senate too along with the House. That's a roundabout way of leading up to the issue of Justice Breyer retiring or not. He may enter the next term that starts in October and maybe announce after the first of year that this will be his last term so that the dems can start trying their luck. I can see that. That's the best he can do at this point. The Senate situation is very shaky and not likely to get better. And the abortion issue is getting volatile again. He doesnt want to retire quite yet but he saw the Ruthie scenario blow up as a result of holding on selfishly. His lifespan just go shorter based on recent Biden polls. That is going to have an impact on the Senate too. He knows that and the dems are letting him know that as well. Might take six months to happen though. Methinks.
