But I do that on the bike. And when I am really pushing it, I tell myself exactly what you just said, the legs are the largest muscle group, keep pumping.
The book, co-authored by Doug McGuff, an ER doctor, claims that resistance work is better for the heart than cardio because of Starling’s law of the heart. His argument makes sense. But what do I know, it’s above my pay grade. You can look it up.
Long story short, eh, google it. He went there with his anti-wax stupidity because there was a regretful accident caused by nurses aka human mistake. They used it as a platform and advocated not vaccinating. In the following measles outbreak 83 children died. ALL of them could have been prevented if this narcissist dumbfuck could have gone to Hawaii instead for a holiday.
I will. "Starling’s law of the heart." Never heard of that, definitely will look it up. I wonder what Dr Oz says btw? He was heart-surgeon I think.
Well I tried 25mg myself last night as I decided what the heck. I'll be Beaker this time. I understand why you use a jelly now, industrial waste grade, pure blackness came out this morning. It was like a voodoo-cleansing. That's some powerful citrate.
I don't mind having someone like Bobby on board to monitor and have opinions about this. Yes, America has an obesity problem but the kneejerk reaction is to turn everything into a gravy train for big pharma and then "suddenly" discover health risks down the road to consuming this sh#t day in and day out, especially kids/teenages who are still developing. Nope, not the way to go. We have already gone through this with getting most of the population "eligible" for antidepressants. Yeh, I am okay with having Bobby monitor it. More than half of U.S. adults could be candidates for Ozempic https://medicalxpress.com/news/2024-11-adults-candidates-ozempic.html
I went through my copy of McGuff's book and was not able to find the reference to Starling. I'm fairly certain I first came across the reference from something he wrote somewhere or perhaps in one of his presentations caught on video (YT), but I guess it wasn't in the book. In any event, I did a quick search, and came across this site: https://topyogis.com/blog/yoga-anatomy/doug-mcguff-strength-training-health-and-longevity Have a look at the whole piece, but particularly the section on hemodynamics, where Starling's Law of the Heart is discussed.
2 things we can be sure of: 1. If RFK gets the position, he will get more Republicans killed than Democrats. 2. If Trump gets tired of him, there is always Dr. Oz: https://www.abc27.com/news/top-stor...r-centers-for-medicare-and-medicaid-services/
