    1. wow the other troll comes out. I think we are only missing one leftist troll and we could have the full left wing of the psycho unit here on this thread.

Did they let you guys off the meds for this thread.

    2. you left out the part about the fact the deficit was smaller when I made the argument and a pre requisite was that the budget be forced into balance. Therefore the giant print might not even be inflationary because rates might go down if no more bonds are being issued and the existing bonds being called.

My theory therefore being that the giant print is a hell of a lot better than selling off assets like the IMF and the bankers propose.

you leftists really are desperate to try and make that an issue.

    3. besides you are the moron that argued tax revenues did not go up after the bush tax cuts when I showed with the actually budget numbers that not only did revenues go up but they even went up from the 1 percent.

    4. note however covertibility this thread was aimed at db and his recent sycophants ... you at least sometimes follow the time honored et tradition of taking a shot at the other team but backing up some of you arguments with charts or data.

I'm sure Breitbart et al have comment sections. But jem wouldn't get nearly so much attention.

  3. Jem should be Hawking's adviser here:

Stephen Hawking Wants To Be A Villain In A James Bond Movie
The Huffington Post | By Ed Mazza

Stephen Hawking's latest career ambition has nothing to do with validating his theories about how the universe works. Instead, the famed theoretical physicist wants to be in the movies -- and he has a very specific part in mind.

“My ideal role would be a baddie in a James Bond film," Hawking told Wired, as quoted by the Telegraph. "I think the wheelchair and the computer voice would fit the part."

Hawking, 72, is featured on the cover of the magazine's January issue, which goes on sale on Thursday.

Shooting is expected to begin soon on the next Bond film, and Hawking has some stiff competition. Rumors have Christoph Waltz playing the villain in the film, tentatively set for release next autumn.

In the Wired interview, Hawking spoke about how his real voice became so slurred that it was difficult to understand -- until the computer took over his speech duties.

“I was able to speak with a speech synthesizer, though it gave me an American accent," Hawking said. "I have kept that voice, because it’s now my trademark."

Hawking suffers from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), a debilitating disease that has taken his voice and left him confined to a wheelchair. Since 1997, he has used a computer to speak, which he operates with a muscle in his cheek.

Whether Hawking becomes a Bond villain or not, he has already left a galaxy-sized mark on popular culture, with appearances on "The Simpsons," "Star Trek" and "The Big Bang Theory," among others. He recorded a segment for the summer's "Monty Python Live (Mostly)" shows in London, where he performed on "The Galaxy Song," and he speaks on a the 1994 Pink Floyd song, "Keep Talking."

Hawking was also featured in the 1991 Errol Morris documentary "A Brief History of Time," and is the subject of the biopic "The Theory of Everything," which was released last month.

The Gruberization of economics at the Federal Reserve.

The lack of transparency helps push through the demented, brainless, and ultimately catastrophic policies to target aggregate demand. And just as with the ACA, it's the stupidest of the stupid that fall for it and troll on it's behalf on the netz.

  5. Shouldn't come as a surprise. Lefty/Liberalism is a CANCER to everything it touches.... personal freedoms, fairness, the economy... you name it.

We didn't have "Leftism" in America until about 100 years ago... I use ~1906, T. Roosevelt as a sensible starting point. Look how far we've come? (By that I mean, "how far we've fallen".)

What's in our future? Leftism continues to rampage.. and culminates in what?

(For others who don't know.... Socialism, Progressive-ism, Communism, Marxism, Facism, Nazism... are all forms of Leftist ideology. Which one of those do we want in America? Even V. Putin says, "Stupid Americans. They should have learned from our failed attempt at Communism.")

So... why is there so much "Leftism" in the world? (1) It's politically easy + ends in self-absorbed oligarchs having power... we know how much they like that, and (2) many people are basically greedy and lazy.

    :(

    agreed...
the further left you go the more the cronies are in control.
every step away from the constitution is a step towards control by cronies.
the morons who write well enough to support it, yet are not cronies... are really pieces of work.
