Hotels, especially American hotels, are notorious for slow Internet. Many hotels will take a single Internet connection and use it to service all rooms. At least with most AirBnBs you get the entire bandwidth for yourself.

 

that is why I recommend a VPS near the exchange, that and a proper mobile connection can do the job from pretty much everywhere. You don't even need to be in NJ

 

I like airbnb or more specifically short term rentals for 1 to 3 months. It is comparatively cheap and you can negotiate cost.

 

This will only help if the strategy is automated... pretty sure OP is a button presser though; esp. considering they need 4 monitors.
