It seems they have their own yardstick for measuring intelligence, just like they have there own way of reasoning. I wish I could say I have figured them out, but apparently I'm not smart enough. Try as i might, I can't figure out how they come to their conclusions.

I did my best to explain that in the SDNY indictment of Cohen , Trump was referred to as "a candidate for public office." And since both "cohen" and "the candidate " were identified as having committed the same felony, a felony that Cohen has already pleaded guilty to, Trump must also be a felon. It seems there were a number of highfalutin lawyers that had come to the same conclusion. Then I get back from TJustice (post#59) this remark: "By your logic the Clintons would be felons too." followed by a list of criminals Clinton pardoned!

Now, how you get from Trump being a felon according to the Cohen Indictment to Bill Clinton and a list of criminals he pardoned is a transition that is just to much for my pitiful brain to follow.

I have, however, found something useful when bantering with these dullards. Once you tire of nonsense, responding in Latin seems an effective way to shut off further conversation. (I am suspicious, but I haven't tested the theory yet, that even if the Latin is nonsense, it should work just fine.)

  3. No. You are the one who not long ago gave a long, long rap about how you are up on Mount Olympus and able to free your mind from worldly conditioning unlike the hoi polloi here. In fact, you can't wipe your arse without being a political hack.

Your weak- needy- logic is that if Cohen plead to a crime that that therefore makes Trump guilty of said crime. Not so. Keeping in mind that American law applies- which you have no familiarity with beyond your last google search.

Cohen faces/faced prosecution on a large number of heavy duty crimes and entered a plea deal where he would not require the government to go to trial on any of the charges in exchange for some kind of relief at sentencing. In other words, the government paid him bigly for doing that. Not in money, but clearly in something of value.

Consider then, by way of example, that you and I are accused of the same crime. Let's call it campaign violation of some sort. That is the only thing I am charged with. But you are also being prosecuted for a pantload of heavy duty financial crimes and are facing heavy duty time behind bars. That's your frigging problem. If you need to plead guilty to the whole package of crimes as part of the whole package deal being offered, then go for it. But it does not even remotely make me guilty of that crime. You have to prove that in court. Being accuse by a prosecutor does not make you guilty at all nor does having someone who would accuse their own mother to for a prison sentence reduction mean anything for me. However, if prosecuting trump on campaign law violations is the way you want to go, sign me up for being a cheerleader. The reality is that Lanny is sold out his own client and go him to plead on something that was not even a crime just to get him off on the larger pantload. No crime for Trump on the campaign financing and no crime for Cohen either.

A lot of talk from you and your ilk about Trump being an unindicted co-conspirator. How different is that from just saying that Mueller/Southern NY talk big about indicting and prosecuting the President but when the rubber meets the road they can't do it. They are trying to prepare incriminating language to dump on to the dems for impeachment without having to prove in court that they have a case. It's the way pussies who can't make the big kill roll, and your ilk laps it right up. That's why they do it.

Go for it. indict him on campaign finance violations. After all, Cohen pleading guilty to it automatically makes Trump guilty according to your jaundiced logic. Let's see how that argument works in court.

Don't waste your time explaining things, anyone who supports Trump at this point is a morally degenerate moron, there are no two ways about it. Logic, facts, truth are concepts alien to these neanderthals, their entire ideology is to 'own the libs'. Similar ideologies exists in the Muslim world where Cons like these would blow themselves up to prove a point.

The entire FBI is corrupt and tried to prevent Trump from winning - which is why not a single person including Strzok leaked about all the Russians colluding with Trump, his family and his campaign while they released damaging info on Clinton.
