marriage and government

  1. I am using the laws of nature to 'justify' taking the life of anyone.
To nature, do you feel that there is a difference between 20 million people dying because of an earthquake, or 20 million dying from executions in stalins deathcamps?

they die any way, their bodies return to the earth, and from the molecules new living things will arise.

  2. What do you mean by fit? Are you suggesting that unless we take the lives of a huge block of small children that we will be "unfit"? I hope this is not what you are arguing!

Secondly, this is Machiavellian from square one: "the end justifies a (draconian) means".

  3. Let's go back to my example: some dictator siezes control of Europe and decides that all 18 year olds in Holland must go to keep the population down. What's your reaction? Do you volunteer simply because he says it suits the "laws of nature"?

  4. If he says something then its obviously his law. Him going out and kill me is nature. Of course I will not volunteer, have you ever seen a deer jump into a lions mouth voluntarily?

Lets see, a python is lying in the jungle and a panther wants to slash him (I am the python the dictator is the panther), what I will do is flee, or try to kill the panther. In any way removing the danger to me.

Dont think what is good for a nation, think what is good for individuals. Our laws are great for nations, but they SUCK for the individual (except for the weak, they benefit from the cutout of the nature system in which they would probably be annihilated soon)

  5. You see my point I am sure: it is hypocritical to demand that other people sacrifice their lives for population control when you are not willing to do so yourself.

  6. Then you answered your own: you disagree with population control. You would not volunteer for it and would actually fight against it!

  7. Small children are not the issue, anything that is hindering you is the issue. Also, yes, spending time and resources that could have been spent strengthening your own situation on something that DOESNT strengthen your own situation means you are drifting away from being more fit..

  8. And you know my next question: why is it okay then to murder an innocent child that cannot even fight back? Let the adults volunteer for population control if it is that much of a crisis!

  9. Wrong, I disagree with ME DYING. All the other 18 year olds I couldnt care for. And I am not advocating population control, I am advocating to let nature run its own.

  10. But small children would not be hindering us if all the 18 year olds in Holland would volunteer for population control. We could take all the aborted babies and raise them there. Then we have a fresh new supply of children coming in...

    You get my point!
