you lefty trolls love to misrepresent the positions of those who stand with real science.

I pointed out the article because it is IPCC who commissioned those studies. The situation just go worse for you crazy arguments... not my position.
My position is that there is no science showing man made co2 causes warming.
if there were you would produce it.

  3. The Arctic Ocean is rapidly becoming more acidic thanks to changes in the global carbon cycle and carbon dioxide pumped into the atmosphere by humans, according to a report released in early May.

Scientists with the Arctic Monitoring and Assessment Programme in Oslo, Norway, monitor changes in the chemistry of the Arctic Ocean and said that over the past 200 years, the average acidity of ocean waters around the world has increased by about 30 percent.

The Arctic is particularly vulnerable to increasing carbon dioxide emissions, as CO2 is absorbed into cold water more easily. Even if all carbon dioxide emissions stopped immediately, it would take tens of thousands of years for the Arctic to return to the acidification levels that prevailed before the dawn of the Industrial Revolution some 250 years ago, the report's authors told BBC News.

“We have already passed critical thresholds. Even if we stop emissions now, acidification will last tens of thousands of years. It is a very big experiment,” Richard Bellerby, the report's chairman, said in an interview with BBC News.

    not this again...

we were in an ice age... as we warm out of the ice age..warming causes the release of CO2 and during that time the surface water's ph become less base or less caustic... we are quite far from becoming acid.

now the question no one has answered is that is man made co2 doing anything... or is this just part of the cycle.

Would you please produce some science or shut the hell up. Note.. as an attorney in the 90s before you all became co2 paid whacko whores I volunteered my time to file lawsuits protecting the ocean. If you had any science at all on this I would be on your side.. on this. Please produce science.

  5. A December 2013 academic article has documented how billionaires made suckers of millions of people, causing them to believe that global warming is a mere hoax, and to think that the oil companies' line on this matter is honest.

This research, by Robert J. Brulle, was published in a leading climatological journal, Climate Change, and it reports that a small number of aristocrats have collectively spent, on average, a billion dollars a year, in order to fool the American public into thinking that climate change isn't happening, and that, even if it is, it's not caused by burning fossil fuels. These aristocrats control fossil fuels corporations, such as Koch Industries, and ExxonMobil, but their money for this mass-deception campaign is laundered through far-right-wing foundations they control, to think-tanks they control, which buy professors to provide "authority" for these distortions and outright lies. That is why the reality (a graphical presentation of which can be seen at places such as this), though acknowledged by virtually all climatologists, is rejected, just disbelieved, by much of the public.

here is a simple question... about hoax.

given that we have an expanding population fraudcurrents.

if the earth were either going to warm by 2 degrees C or cool by 2 degrees C which one would you pick.

  8. Massive wildfires are on the increase in the Western USA due to rising temperatures and worsening drought from climate change, and the trend could continue in the decades to come, new research suggests.

Overall, the number of large wildfires increased by a rate of seven fires a year from 1984 to 2011, while the total area damaged by fire increased at a rate of nearly 90,000 acres per year, according to the study, published this week in Geophysical Research Letters, a journal of the American Geophysical Union (AGU).

This is not the first study to make the connection between climate change and Western fires. Research in the journal Ecosphere in 2012 found that "climate change will likely cause more frequent wildfires in the Western United States within the next 30 years and throughout North America and most of Europe by the end of the century."
