There is nothing wrong with TRT as long as its a legitimate therapeutic dosage. You need to watch your psa and also need to make sure your prostate doesnt grow (BPH ). All men experience BPH and its not fun. Weak urine stream, frequent urination especially at night. TRT can sometimes worsen this condition.

Seems to take a toll on heart anyway, low test might translate to longer life, at what cost is a good question... a younger friend, jacked, lifts but also boxes and grapples just spent a week in the hospital for heart issues, might be genetic, might be juice, night be sonethibg else.
Complicated issue, lot of elder guys complement their TRT with GH. I stopped GH over a year ago because of worries about health complications, and have put on weight since then, look noticibly fatter now. The man in the video is very lean, looking very good on top of having great explosivity for 70

  6. I'll tell you what helps this condition, BPH, at least in my case and there is plenty of solid documentation. Cialis, micro dosing 5mg daily. I went from getting up 6 times a night to 1-2 and it took less than a week for thar to happen. It has been nothing short of life changing. A good nights sleep changes so many things. Anyone with BPH ISSUES should consider it. And yes, it will also help with mild ED as well.

  7. I heard that Cialis taken at night also helps prevent men from rolling out of bed.

  8. Yes, LOL., but I'm telling you it has made miraculous changes in my overall mood simply getting a full night's sleep.

  9. I went to have my T level checked because I had many low T symptoms. It was 578, which at my age is considerably better than average. During the evaluation my BPH level was 2.1 in a range of 0 to 4 with 0 being the norm. It was then Cialis micro dosing was suggested. I figured WTF, I'll try it. It supposedly has some benefits for strength training as well. Many youtube videos on micro dosing Cialis. Check it out.

  10. I don’t think it’s an issue of note presently, but I will keep it in mind for the future. So thanks for the heads-up.

I only occasionally have nightly episodes of frequency. And I think it’s usually when I either went to bed stressed or if I was a bit irregular (too much fiber?). Otherwise I go once or twice a night. I don’t even remember when I last slept all through the night. As a side note, I drink a LOT of fluids during the day.
