Metabolic resistance training

    I never heard of this until today, when I read this discussion of a few 50+ gentlemen:

  2. People who are in too good shape look psycho, demented and insecure.
    Life is about balance, in my opinion. Not overdoing anything.

    Similar to women who have facial procedures or breast jobs...they look awkward. And guys who drive modded racer cars, they too seem insecure and mental.

    People should workout, sure, but not look like you are trying to win some competition. Have, maybe, a little fat and curve and normalness.

    The perfect body/workout consists of 33% weights, 33% cardio, and 33% yoga/stretching.
