    Hello,
I am trying to open a trading account for my small business. I am personally designated as a professional client under MIFID. Does the small business need to register separately or is it enough that I am a „professional“? I am asking because if it needs to register separately I would need to make 40 >200k trades in that account.

What asset class and what do you need access to? What makes you a professional client under MIFID? We can offer access to US listed Equities/Options and in some cases futures to EU clients.

No, MiFID pro requires a business to meet 2 out of 3 criterias on revenue, assets, etc...

I am not sure what you mean by small, but most small businesses are exempt.
