I don’t get why traders are so terrified of overnight risk. People hold real estate for years, knowing full well it can swing 20% in a single year — and no one’s panic-selling their house every time it dips. Yet in trading, a few hours of exposure past the close sends people into a frenzy. Makes no sense.
Hello demoncore, Thank you. Yes, I agree with you SN provides more clear and cut trades depended on a hot SN at the moment. Some SN just blast up 90 degrees NQ and ES futures, requires more careful study per day.
What kind of overnight risk are you taking? LOL You guys are just jumping in and out of positions following laughable signals while piling up losses. "If you invested $10,000 in the E-mini S&P 500 one year ago, you'd be up about $1,190, a gain of 11.9%." Over the span of a year, real estate can drop 20%
Hello wxytrader, You are correct. Buying real estate in America when you not a +$50 millionaire is stupid. Investing in real estate is the dumbest thing in the world to do, unless you already have +$200Million cash Captial and VERY bored with life. FAR more easier to click ES futures all day long and try to grow +$5K to $5million and retire. Buying real estate in America is dumb. The best real estate is/was inherited real estate from your grand parents who already got the land in America for free during the slavery years and passed it on down their family to date, so that real estate hustle/scam is already over with. This was and still the best edge in world history. Much respect to America for that hustle. I have to respect the hustle.
