And with this one Post, I've contributed more trading knowledge to this Forum than you ever have "For those of you like @semperfrosty who don't know, Deaddog trades Growth Stocks where buying high and selling higher is the mantra due to the higher price indicating support by the Market/Quality. Max trades Indexes. Two traders trading different Assets. Both are right for their particular area of expertise. The only person wrong here is @semperfrosty trolling as usual with minimal trading knowledge"
Ouch! Not sure exactly why that statement merited a response from ET's founder.... to the tune of: But you just got your wings clipped bigtime. I have never seen @Baron address a relatively mundane post (I mean in the bigger picture here) like that before. -->Wtf did you do? And where is @Overnight? Are you a Dexter?
@Baron is obviously wrong, but he'll do as he wishes. My contributions are greater than WXYs as is my trading knowledge.
Spot on Van. I think everyones just a bit tired of him dragging the place down. Cant read a thread anymore without him diminishing it with his dullness.
WXY makes an extremely valid point about real estate. If you don't own the roof over your head.... and you think you are going to get rich daytrading.... I mean... how many lol emoji's can I post? Own a house first.... then gamble your heart away. But keep the house at all costs. +20% ... - 20%.... it doesn't matter son. Own the roof over your head. Whatever it takes. Case closed. ~vz
Having bought and Sold numerous Properties, I've NEVER lost money on a property. His analogy of not holding Property overnight is somehow similar to not holding a trade overnight is absurd.
Then trade away. Just make sure to keep one of those properties up to date on the mortgage payments in case you f/u trading. Not that that would ever happen... but just in case.
Cash purchases, Units/Townhouses. Never owned a House, never will I think. Wait, if Rich enough I could employ Groundsmen, Maids etc. @semperfrosty probably washes Cars.
