If you bought units pre-construction, in the right markets, then you have probably done ok. And even that is iffy. But buying from 1st or 2nd owners down the ownership chain.... you'll never make a penny in those things. The fee's kill it all. That's why the money is made pre-construction.
Nah. Australia's property Market continues to Boom. Made over 50% one Unit in two Years. There's a shortage of Houses, Units, Townhouses erc. Property Market is booming.
