Even though we the traders always think only most powerful analyzing trade knowledge can bring success from this trading place but i think despite of having good knowledge and experience the result of trading can be useless if there is no strong money management . what you think guys ? share your opinion. thanks
Completely agree, to me trade/risk management is way more important than trade entry. It is very hard to get the entry perfect at one go. Start with small position size, and then scale in / out will work most of the time. The most important thing is to cut loss early. Easy to say , hard to do.
i think making money management is a very good skill only expert traders can do perfect money management that really supportive to cut losses earlier.
Agree 100%. Bankroll management is very overlooked by most traders. It is right up there with trader psychology, position sizing, market operational bias, as the most important steps to consistent profitability.
Proper money management is the only way to protect your fund and profit. You can make a lot of money on one trade but can also easily lose it on another trade without good discipline in money management. It is a must have if you wanna stay consistent in making profit.
its a good link you have shared , thank you for nice information , got some fine lines with good information.
Someone finally said it! Knowledge and experience are irreplaceable but they will also seem useless if you don’t know the basic money management skills. To know, you don’t just have to trade today but should also be able to conserve your trading capital for tomorrow’s trade as well.
what you think guys there is any difference between money and risk management ? its all about a same issue or any major difference ?
They correlate to each other and is very important when it comes to your trading. RM - % of capital that you intend to take a risk in your trade MM - how you manage your money, also the management of positions in your trade
