Where did I say YieldMax was a fraud. Please point out the EXACT WORDS in a post. I stated that YieldMax was less than transparent in its offering material. Something that is easily provable by looking at the website and documents -- additionally this has been outlined by hundreds of financial professionals as well.
Indeed it is. Now you still have failed to come up with any statement where I stated YieldMax financial statements or offering documents are a fraud. Try again. My statements are quite correct -- when it comes to any fund with large-scale Return of Capital distributions with very high yield. For investing -- if something sounds too good to be true then it likely is too good to be true.
But is he a good accountant or does he just input the data you provide into a software program. Some of the statements you make lead me to believe that you have limited knowledge about the tax system. Of course when he sees you drive up in your lambo he knows he can overcharge you.

There is knowing fraud and there is stupidity. SBF was so fucking stupid, he didn't even realize he was running a ponzi, (because crypto goes only up) although that is exactly what he described in his black box analogy in the infamous interview. So just because YieldMax doesn't get that paying dividends out of the NAV is just giving customers their money back (aka a ponzi), that still can be legally OK, but financially/mathematically not kosher.

As a result, an investor may suffer significant losses to their investment." This is why all the naysayers are just dumb...they really expect these kind of yields AND capital preservation. They are obsessed with capital preservation lol...capital preservation is the LEAST important part about the high yield game. Income is paramount.
