Alternatively, you can prove with your thinking, your writing, that you're not stupid or dumb.

Unless, you have something else in mind for "meeting"... do you?

  2. I am stopping it here. I have received a slew of PM's about this. Luke is who he is and he ain't gonna change. He is one of those who would get in the ring with Mike Tyson to brag to his friends that he got in the ring with Mike Tyson.

That said. Luke talks all this Texas, Georgia, proud to be an American tall talk, but did not have the stone to sign his name on the dotted line. Given his love of flying I would think he would be excited to be a warrant officer.

Im am sure he will have to google what a warrant officer is.

Anyways, Lucrum and people like him are who they are. My only purpose is to get them talking long enuf to have a record. My work here is done in that respect.

As far as serving, I could get into details about MASH units, now called Combat Support Hospitals, but those who have been there and done that have already addressed the issue, so I nothing more to say.

  3. Military men gave you the ability to type this over the internet fool.

Everything we are is paid for by those who would actually sign up to defend it.

    Some things do transcend politics.

Do you know why John McCain has never directly attacked Charlie Rangel, who are on direct opposite ends of the political spectrum?

I will let you google that.

Of course you must admit that it is "military men" who threaten the ability, the freedom, in the first place. It's just the other guys' military men (most of the time).

  6. Warrant officers think it's funny when they make troops puke flying nap of the earth. I think Lucrum would have made a good warrant officer :p

  7. Ricter,

Many times in the field of combat, we, us dumb fat lazy Americans, are the only ones trying to adhere to some kind of rules of engagement. If we dispensed of that culture, how long do you think these wars wound last? They last till eternity because we are busy trying to fight them in a certain way.

Just sayin. ( and yes, there are a few who have violated that code, but the rules of engagement are taught to all of us. Just ask those Marines who killed a family that happened to be in a kill box that was actively firing on them. Our government persecuted them as war criminals) I would face a civilian court any day before a court martial.

  8. Yeah, like I said, when they found out I could shoot, was a medic, they wanted me to go learn to jump out of airplanes. I had heard what warrant officers do to ground pounders.

Props to the Air Cav, but, fuck that shit.

  9. And, you ride a blackhawk too, I would lost my lunch. We had a Ranger show at Benning where a blackhawk made a maneuver and five or six soldiers rappelled down the ropes. I knew then, I was never getting on none of that shit. Now if you hit the ground and yell Medic!, I will get you for sure. But that airborne shit. Nah, Im good.

I understand what you're saying, and I agree with it. But, we mustn't forget the Pyrrhic victory.
