I am stopping it here. I have received a slew of PM's about this. Luke is who he is and he ain't gonna change. Military men gave you the ability to type this over the internet fool. Everything we are is paid for by those who would actually sign up to defend it. Some things do transcend politics. Do you know why John McCain has never directly attacked Charlie Rangel, who are on direct opposite ends of the political spectrum? I will let you google that.

Ricter, Many times in the field of combat, we, us dumb fat lazy Americans, are the only ones trying to adhere to some kind of rules of engagement. If we dispensed of that culture, how long do you think these wars wound last? They last till eternity because we are busy trying to fight them in a certain way. Just sayin. ( and yes, there are a few who have violated that code, but the rules of engagement are taught to all of us. Just ask those Marines who killed a family that happened to be in a kill box that was actively firing on them. Our government persecuted them as war criminals) I would face a civilian court any day before a court martial.

And, you ride a blackhawk too, I would lost my lunch. We had a Ranger show at Benning where a blackhawk made a maneuver and five or six soldiers rappelled down the ropes.
