Yes, and maybe I am not being clear. I certainly am trading my own account, but there is someone executing much larger size and they are certainly scaling up yes. I myself am not scaling up nearly as fast and still need to build more capital before I scale again.
$1K a day your lower range would be a $250K profit a year and expectation would be more because one would expect the 50K account to grow considerably over time. Basically if you don't make 400K++ you underperformed by your metrics. Ok go make your 400K.
I really get nothing out of this if I am "right" and don't even care to prove you guys wrong or surprise you, whatever we want to call it. It's truly irrelevant, you get nothing out of it and nor do I. Kind of a waste of everyone's time at this point. So don't see the point in much further discussion.
>>>and one specializing in rare high quality waterfront at that. Or 100+ unit multi-family dumps built within the last 15 years that the owners have over-leveraged.
yeah, you guys can keep congratulating yourself on what's possible and not possible, since you're all experts and know everything. High fives for everyone right? enjoy your night brother.

Whatever. But for he long haul and the wealth of your children, there's nothing wrong with buying real estate from the owners that need liquidity and where the tenants aren't complete dirtbagsthat exhibit an ability to pay the rent on time. jmho
Frankly, I think you got this, Concinnity. For trades taken with funds from and for your own account, for your own benefit, no third parties, Would you expect to be pulling half a percent profit, on average per day, of your personal account balance? and are you sitting on ~150K?
he'll do far better buying multi-family. Despite the last 6 months, price per sqf is NOT going down. Yeah, it's not 6%/day or whatever he said.... but for anyone that knows how to read a balance sheet... fcf is everything. You scale from there. ~vz
