  2. You just can't learn can you? "Global cooling" was a minority position. I have provided multiple sources showing just that, yet you ignore them. Why?

It is absurd how the current era of global warming alarmists continue to re-write history.

Let me explain something to you. I grew up in the 70s. The big three items that were in the media all the time were the Vietnam War, Watergate, and Global Cooling. Global Cooling was pushed by the scientific establishment and the media constantly. The government funded hundreds of millions of dollars into research on global cooling.

In New York State, the state curriculum for Regents Earth Science stated that 'Global Cooling' was an "established scientific fact". The same for many other high school and university courses on the earth. 'Global Cooling' was not a minority position in the 1970s, and only someone intent on totally re-writing history would state so.

  4. No. Rewriting history is not the same as correcting your delusions. You were mistaken. It's very simple. Now you should admit it and move on. You have been reading so much denier propaganda for so long that you eventually believed it.

  5. Global cooling was a conjecture during the 1970s of imminent cooling of the Earth's surface and atmosphere culminating in a period of extensive glaciation. This hypothesis had little support in the scientific community, but gained temporary popular attention due to a combination of a slight downward trend of temperatures from the 1940s to the early 1970s and press reports that did not accurately reflect the full scope of the scientific climate literature, i.e., a larger and faster-growing body of literature projecting future warming due to greenhouse gas emissions.

Let me ask, once again, were you a student in high school or college in the U.S. in the 1970s?

I'm still waiting for the proliferation of dirt cheap hydrogen fuel cells being touted as the future, at the time.

Another fraudulent chart that does not reflect reality. Just like the pie chart that attempts to claim that only a tiny number of peer reviewed papers did not support global warming.

You still have failed to answer the question... Did you attend high school or college in the United States during the 1970s?

  10. That's easy isn't it? Just declare any facts that contradict to be fraud.

And I know you're stupid, but whether I or you saw and heard stories about a cool down is irrelevent. Did you even read the material I showed? It was the popular press, NOT the scientists that popularized the idea. The scientists mostly predicted warming. Understand now? What you hear on TV is NOT the same as what the science is.
