he is the chart for reference... it does not look like your chart at all. you must of worked hard to come up with that bullshit.

No hard work at all, it's on this weeks economic calendar.

But going back to your chart, I see what you mean. The change in global mean temp was negative 158 months ago, and the change was negative last month, so the global mean temp has not risen in 158 months.

no no no... that might be true on some charts but on this chart you can see the balance of the points is virtually zero as well.

    stop with the bullshit.

What bullshit? I'm agreeing with you! 0.4C (avg) rise in 158 months is virtually zero. And, a large number multiplied by zero is still zero.

its not a .4c average rise this century. (the data on the chart)
there was a - 0.3c average rise this century.

the blue line being at .4 is probably from the chart zoomed out to include about 120 years of data.

Actually, the chart shows 158 months of data, but the text overlay makes a claim about a century, which of course the data shown does not support (or refute).

The chart starts with Jan. 2001. It then goes forward for 158 months of this century.

The 21st century is the current century of the Anno Domini era or the Common Era, in accordance with the Gregorian calendar. It began on January 1, 2001, and will end on December 31, 2100.

presuming the math is done correctly it shows a decline of either .03 for this century or possibly .03 per century... which would mean we are probably only at -.003 so far.

either way that is no warming for this century... not... .4C up.

So why did the glaciers melt this century?

  9. Bottom line. The warming trend has not been broken. The earth is still warming and the models have certainly not failed. This chart shows that clearly. Only by cherry picking points over a short time period on a noisy chart can one show no warming.

This chart clearly shows that warming trend continues. Just as jerm continues to pretend that he doesn't believe in AGW.
