I've been looking at the WSJ closing snapshot of NYSE market data each day. Issues, Adv, Dec, UnChg, vol, etc. What are the Issues? Is that Primary market initial offerings? Secondary market seasoned securities? Issues total is the Advances, Unchanged & Declines all added together. Any help would be appreciated
