Hey Mr. sumo, your pure weight can crush me - you win. Let's see how fat you get when you get old, can't keep up on the track, in the court, by the ring... but still eating the same shit with the same appetite. BTW, I mesure 36, 24, 37; beat those fat white chicks in tennis & valleyball all the time.
Sumo? Are you kidding me? I'm pretty thin, even for my age. Thanks for the laugh though. No, I'll be fine when I get older because I have good genes and you don't. Yeah go cry to your parents now, it's not your fault I know. I don't know a lot of fat chics that play tennis. Most the girls I know that play could probably teach you thing or two on the court. I know what I will look like when I get older. Based on my parents I'll probably be even thinner! Shit, I'm heading to McD's right this minute!
have you guys been to hawaii lately? i go there every year and i can't believe how much fatter people there are now than 10 yrs ago. it's striking i guess because used to be a real slim place...
atkins. no carbs, no sugars for 3 weeks, like fucking 0, capice?... and 1h gym / pool 3 times a week MIN. for the laziest arses around this board... then u can start hitting the carbs again, but eaaaasy, ok?... and no point in telling me it doesn't work... it just does...
My exact plan. Although, I was shooting for 2 weeks with ZERO carbos. I started Monday. My fridge is stocked with meat! Mostly importantly.. NO BREW! Jogging everyday, running stairs, basketball. No swimming though.
I don't disagree with you that this works. I just don't agree that it is a healthy way to lose weight. Also, depending on how heavy the person is, I think that the loss of carbs (energy) is going to keep many people from exercising. I think the best way to lose weight is by eating smaller meals several times a day. A person trying to seriously lose weight and adapt to a healthy lifestyle needs to learn how to eat properly. This diet does not promote good eating habits. You basically are cutting out all fruits, vegetables, and grains from your diet. While increasing the amount of cholesterol you are throwing into your diet. Especially considering that people who already have bad eating habits will probably opt for a second helping of bacon for that extra protein boost.
