shhhh...roni poo is our friend ; don't you want an army of newbies to take the other side of your trades ? Forza Bit !
Bitstream, Yeah, I totally agree with you on that. But, to entitle the thread "avoid at all costs" is a little much. You would have gotten the same response entitled "Complaint about Options University." That is all I am saying. I would have been pissed also if I was waiting that long without a response. Do know however, I do not receive the customer support e-mails. There are ways of contacting me through the web site if you had to though. But do understand, judging my product based on a shipping problem, I think, is a bit unfair. By entitling the thread the way it was, I think it may give people the wrong impression. No big though as long as dupaski76's situation gets remedied quickly.
well this is what u get when u piss off your clients; snake oil biz is a competitive arena and there are thousands of differents squeezes out there; we dont have any doubt that yours is the best but u have to deliver it on time innit.
Dupaski, All customer service inquiries should be directed to support@options-university.com or to our online trouble ticket system at www.optionsuniversity.net. There have been no trouble tickets opened, and our support department is caught up through yesterday. If you require order assistance, send your request to one of these two places and your requst will be handled withing 24-48 hours... For anyone else reading these posts, we have 100 positive responses and testimonials for every one 'complaint' like this one. Our actual students will tell you what you can expect from Options University: http://www.options-university.com/LiveClass/Student-Testimonials.htm Thank you, Brett Fogle, President Options University www.optionsuniversity.com
Thanks Brett, I emailed Ron yesterday and I think he is taking care of it. You might want to validate your systems as I have sent 10 different emails over the past 6 weeks and after the sixth got a response saying someone was looking into it and would let me know the status in 24 hours. After that there was no other communication until I called my payment processor after which Jane Cox emailed me to let me know that they were having staffing issues and that the order had been processed and I should have it in a few days. That was two weeks ago and several follow up emails about the courseware have gone unanswered. (In fairness to Jane she was able to have the other software product I ordered at the time finally delivered). I also opened two "tickets" on your online help system during this time period which were never responded to. In the end Brett it sounds like this may be nothing more than a inept fulfillment contractor, however given the amount of advertising your group is doing, and the brand quality your trying to convey the complete lack of customer service really doesn't support that message. I'm impressed that both you and Ron have taken the time personally to look into this and as I referenced above I've already sent a message to Ron and he has committed to resolve the issue. If this material is as good as I hope it will be then you should consider getting a better vendor or perhaps bring the support function in house so that you have a little more control of the customer experience. Thanks Again....
dupaski76 $1000 is a lot of money for an options education. http://www.cboe.com/LearnCenter/default.aspx Free www.888optionsnet.com Free www.redoptions.com Free www.optionplanet.com Free Books Option Volatility & Pricing: Advanced Trading Strategies and Techniques (Natenburg) $30.00 Options as a Strategic Investment (McMillian) $30.00 For $100 and lots of FREE educational web sites you can learn as much as 99% of all the options traders out there. What do you think this guy will teach you that justifies the $900 difference ???? No offence but their web site read like a infomercial and was pretty chessy (non-professional) to me!
he is not trying to "learn" anything , he is one of them. Notice that all participants signed up to ET just a couple of days ago. Enjoy the show.
Hi Dupaski, Thank you for understanding. We recently had to let go part of our support staff, so I do apologize if your emails and support requests were not handled well. I looked through our support tickets, and did not see yours but they may have already been closed. Feel free to email me directly with any future concerns, and I'll make sure this is handled on Monday when I'm back in town. We'll make it right for you... == In reasponse to Exodus above, I can only say that while it's true there are some good resources on options online, as you noted above - the axiom is true that you get what you pay for. Before I would invest my money trading options, I would want to make sure that I learned from the best... and my partner Ron Ianieri is the best in country, if not the world. I'll put him against anyone out there, with 100% confidence Why do you think the guys at Think or Swim who owns all the websites above, recommend us and Ron's classes above all others? I don't intent to make this into a sales pitch, I don't need to. The truth will come out in the end. If you want to know if our course is worth the money, take our live classes and see for yourself. But for now, I would refrain from commenting on something you know nothing about. 'You don't know what you don't know' in this case. Not to sound hostile or defensive, but in this case we do feel that we should defend our products and our company, and reply accordingly to your comments above. == In reply to IV Trader... You're just plain wrong. == In closing, this will be my last post here to this thread. I wish everyone well here, but I have a company to run not the time to spend replying to these posts. Besides, a true trader would rather be looking at charts and finding new opportunities than spending time here with gossip. Brett Fogle, President Options University
