If I buy calls and want to sell immediately without having to monitor my position once it hits the strike price do I use Sell to Close, Sell to Open or Buy to Close?
Buy to Open -----> Sell to Close Also, use Limit orders and at least try for Mid. Wait a little bit and bump it if you have to. I get sales/buys at mid a lot. Especially if the stock is bouncing around.
