  2. There was this school field trip (maybe 6-7 th graders) ( I'll use the MSN euphenism "urban youths") This one kid is terrorizing the bus, one of the women chaperones yelled at the kid to sit down. The kids mother was also a chaperone and said "don't you yell at my kid". The two "adults" ended up arguing and swearing, yelling. The bus driver turned the bus around. End of field trip.

  4. You will find that parent with the mentality of " my kid don't do nuthin' wrong "
and they let the kid do anything.
All a kid needs see is their parent stick up for their bad behavior and it only makes things worse.

  5. One of my daughters friends was babysitting 4 or 5 pre teen kids. She tells me the kids are jumping out the window, putting stuff in the toilet, all kinds of crazy stuff. When she told the mother, the mother said "That's the way kids act". Wtf? She doesn't babysit for them anymore.

Movies is ridiculous. It's happened to me a couple times. Trying to take the kid to see some Disney movie and a baby, not a toddler, full on, can't talk, not looking at the screen baby, crying. They don't even get up. Makes no sense. Neither I nor anyone else said anything both times. Difficult to correct someone else and their child, it feels wrong. But at some point... come on.

  7. Parents probably didn't notice because they were busy blinding you with their cell phone glow as they text throughout the entire movie.

  8. I love the back in my day talk...

Kids will always be out of control and there will always be parents that let them be out of control.

The only difference is you are older and dont tolerate it as much.

  9. I do not blame children. They are of their environment.
Every child possess the ability to be something as great as their potential can take them.
There is something wrong with parenting. If the parents let it go too far eventually that kid is a teenager with one bad attitude .
If a parent does not teach respect, a child knows no respect.
If we go back to the article it looks like the widespread attitude is not putting up with it much more.
